August EAA Meeting (August 22nd)

I’m Happy to announce that we will be having a presentation this August on August 22nd at 10am at the Statesboro Bulloch airport conference room.

Our presenter will be Michael Carra. Michael Carra is an Aviation and Military Historian, and a professional speaker. He has spent over 35 years on study and research. His main area of research has revolved around the “Moment in Time” that occurred on December 7th, 1941 at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He has scheduled speaking engagements at museums, schools, college organizations, and aviation organizations.

We’re doing things a little different this time, as the specific topic of the presentation is a surprise. I assure you that you will not want to miss this presentation. I should mention that assuming good weather, Michael is planning to fly his Long EZ to the meeting, and his good friend is planning to fly his Lancair 360. To see these two planes are reason enough to come out!

As per safety guidelines, I do recommend wearing a mask to the meeting, and we will be providing hand sanitizer.
